As details trickle out about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s star-studded wedding, Swifties are impatiently waiting for a peek at what the superstar singer-songwriter wore on the big day.
As The Hollywood Reporter correctly predicted ahead of their July 3 ceremony at Madison Square Garden, the “Love Story” singer wore a custom haute couture gown by Jonathan Anderson of Christian Dior. The groom matched with a haute couture look by Anderson for Dior; Swift and Kelce both sported Christian Louboutin shoes, as Swift wore Cartier jewelry.
Anderson’s second Dior Haute Couture collection, fall 2026-27, was shown on Monday in Paris, where a spokesperson for the brand told The New York Times that Swift’s dress will eventually be revealed. What’s the hold up? Swift, it seems.
To not much surprise, and further confirmed by the Times, Swift will be the first person to share photos of her haute couture wedding gown on Instagram. However, it’s not exactly clear when, as a Dior spokesperson told the outlet they aren’t “sure when that might be.”
As excitement builds in the lead-up to the Grammy winner unveiling her wedding dress, the designer spoke with Women’s Wear Daily about what it was like to work with Swift.
“It was a joy to work with her. We became very good friends,” Anderson said. “It’s an emotional thing doing someone’s wedding.”
As THR previously reported, Swift, Kelce and Swift’s longtime stylist Joseph Cassell were understood to have worked closely with Anderson and the Dior ateliers on Avenue Montaigne in Paris.
Swift’s custom Dior look wasn’t the only standout detail from her wedding to Kelce that Swift’s longtime publicist confirmed in a press release on Friday. Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony, with a shock also coming as the couple opted not to have bridesmaids and groomsmen. Instead, Swift and Kelce’s brothers, Austin Swift and Jason Kelce, served as the respective man of honor and best man.
Friday night, Madison Square Garden displayed a “JusT&T Married!” sign, finally confirming the couple tied the knot. Jason Sudeikis, Hugh Grant, Ethan Hawke, the Haim sisters, Dakota Johnson, Julianne Moore, Sombr, Mariska Hargitay, Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid were just some of the guests spotted arriving at the famed venue on Friday, July 3.
In the meantime, it appears that Swifties and fashion lovers alike will have to keep refreshing Swift’s Instagram for a first look at what will likely become one of her most popular photos.
