Shareef O’Neal, Shaquille O’Neal’s Son And Entrepreneur, Joins UTA Roster

Shareef O’Neal, an entrepreneur and former athlete, has joined the roster of UTA, which will work to secure opportunities for him across sports media, unscripted television, digital media and more.

The signing comes as O’Neal, Shaquille O’Neal’s son, is poised to launch a revamp of the “Shaq” brand later this year, leading retail expansion. O’Neal, who works as creative director, helps to shape strategy, create partnerships, and bring a revitalized vision to the portfolio. O’Neal also collaborates with others across fashion, sports and entertainment, including Meta, DraftKings, Reebok, True Religion and ESPN.

Shaquille O’Neal’s many activities include launching a new dunking competition series with Warner Bros. Discovery’s TNT Sports and taking part in advertising campaigns for The General, part of Sentry Insurance, and Sanofi’s Icy Hot.

UTA’s Klutch Sports Group offers advisory services and marketing support to athletes, coaches, teams as well as brands and leagues. The unit also works to identify new business opportunities, including careers in media and broadcast, and marketing partnerships. extending athletes’ careers into media and broadcast.

After playing basketball in college and in the G-League Ignite, O’Neal pivoted to focus on business endeavors.
