XRP holds the $1.30 support as modest ETF inflows fail to halt pullback

US-listed spot $XRP exchange-traded funds recorded approximately $709,000 in net inflows on Wednesday, followed by another $3.55 million on Thursday, according to SoSoValue.

The intake followed two consecutive sessions of muted activity.

The modest buying provided limited support against broader selling pressure.

More consistent inflows would offer stronger evidence that fund demand can help absorb supply.

Cumulative net inflows remained positive at approximately $1.8 billion, while the products held around $1.6 billion in net assets.

Those figures reflect different measures: cumulative flows track investor subscriptions and redemptions, while net assets also fluctuate with market prices.

Separately, an $XRP Ledger bug-fix amendment was postponed after validator support temporarily fell below its activation threshold.

Support dropped to 26 validators before recovering to 31, according to the reported tracker data.

The interruption reset the amendment’s mandatory two-week approval period.

With 35 validators in the default trusted set, at least 29 must support an amendment to exceed the required 80% threshold.

That backing must remain in place throughout the 14-day countdown, with checks occurring approximately every 15 minutes.

The patch addresses issues including a token-creation loophole and aspects of lending-code behavior.

$XRP price outlook: Moving averages cap $XRP’s recovery

$XRP’s daily chart retains a bearish near-term structure, with price below several key Exponential Moving Averages.

The 100-day EMA near $1.34 forms the first resistance level. Above it, the 50-day and 200-day EMAs create a tighter barrier around $1.37–$1.38.

A sustained recovery through those averages would improve the short-term outlook and bring the SuperTrend resistance near $1.47 into focus.

More distant resistance references sit at $1.62 and $1.70. Momentum remains subdued.

The daily Relative Strength Index is near 43, while the MACD remains slightly negative, suggesting buyers have yet to establish control.

The $1.30 demand area remains important following $XRP’s failed recovery.

A sustained break below it would weaken the stabilization attempt and increase the risk of further selling.

If this support level fails, $XRP could extend its decline towards the $1.2461 support level, with another demand zone below $1.240 in the near term.

The weekly chart offers a mixed picture. Its MACD histogram remains positive but is easing, while the RSI near 48 suggests limited directional strength.

A more distant weekly support reference sits near $0.94 at the SuperTrend indicator. That level represents a broader downside scenario rather than an immediate target.

For now, defending $1.30 and reclaiming $1.34 would be the first signs that buyers are regaining traction beneath the heavier resistance band.
