  • Donald Trump’s Latest Financial Disclosure Shows Significant Sales Of Netflix Securities, Disney, WBD & Comcast Transactions

Donald Trump’s Latest Financial Disclosure Shows Significant Sales Of Netflix Securities, Disney, WBD & Comcast Transactions

Donald Trump reported more than 1,000 purchases and sales of corporate securities in June, including those of Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, The Walt Disney Co. and Comcast.

The White House has previously said that the president’s stock and bond portfolio is independently managed.

According to the president’s latest financial report, released by the Office of Government Ethics, he sold between $50,001 and $100,000 of Netflix on June 12, another $500,001 to $1 million on June 18, between $15,001 and $50,000 on June 16, and between $50,001 and $100,000 on June 24. He bought between $1,001 and $15,000 on June 3, and between $1,001 and $15,000 on June 23.

Per the filing, the president also purchased between $50,001 and $100,000 in The Walt Disney Co. on June 18, and between $1,001 and $15,000 on June 3. He purchased between $1,001 and $15,000 in Warner Bros. Discovery on June 16. The form also showed the sale of $1,001 to $15,000 in Comcast securities on June 16, $1,001 to $15,000 on June 23, $1,001 to $15,000 on June 3, and between $100,001 and $250,000 on June 24.

The report also showed the sale of $100,001 to $250,000 shares of Amazon on June 12 and the sale of $100,001 to $250,000 on June 24. It showed the purchase of $15,001 to $50,000 of Amazon on June 15, the purchase of $1,001 to $15,000 on June 23, the purchase of $1,001 to $15,000 on June 3.

The OGE report does not require specific amounts of sales or purchases, but ranges.

A White House official did not immediately respond to a request for comment. But the administration has previously said that “all holdings are maintained in discretionary accounts and invested through computer-based model portfolios that automatically replicate recognized indexes, such as the Schwab 1000.”

The official said that Trump does not have the ability to “direct, influence, or provide input regarding how the portfolio is invested or when investments are bought or sold.”

Some of the companies have regulatory business before the Trump administration. The Justice Department approved Paramount’s proposed merger with Warner Bros. Discovery on June 12. Disney, meanwhile, is challenging the FCC over its order that it submit the licenses of its eight owned stations for early renewal. Disney filed a First Amendment lawsuit against the agency earlier this month.

  • Despite Bitcoin’s Recent Gains, One Analyst Remains Cautious: “I Haven’t Seen What I’m Looking For Yet”

Despite Bitcoin’s Recent Gains, One Analyst Remains Cautious: “I Haven’t Seen What I’m Looking For Yet”

While Bitcoin’s recent recovery in the cryptocurrency market has rekindled bullish expectations, Alphractal founder Joao Wedson stated that on-chain data presents a more cautious picture. According to Wedson, the ultimate price bottom of the cycle for Bitcoin may not yet have been reached, and if certain historical indicators are repeating themselves, the BTC price could fall to $53,000 or even lower.

In his analysis, Wedson specifically highlighted the MVRV Z-Score indicator, which is used to measure investor behavior and the realized value of the market. The analyst stated that on-chain metrics reflect investor behavior, arguing that this behavior is directly linked to periods of euphoria and fear in market cycles.

Wedson Pointed Out the 2018 Bitcoin Crash

Wedson compared the current market structure to the 2017-2018 cycle. According to the analyst, the MVRV Z-Score formed three significant peaks during the 2017 bull market before Bitcoin reached its all-time high.

Wedson noted that after Bitcoin peaked and then declined, the indicator formed a base between approximately 0.25 and 1.16, adding that at the time, a large portion of the market did not expect a new and sharp drop. However, Bitcoin experienced another sharp decline in November 2018, falling to around $3,180.

According to Wedson, the MVRV Z-Score formed three separate peaks during the 2024-2025 period. However, the analyst stated that the enthusiasm at these peaks was more limited compared to 2017, as the market became more complex than in previous cycles.

Wedson noted that following Bitcoin’s recent decline after its peak, the MVRV Z-Score formed a base in an area similar to that seen in 2018, but the indicator has recently risen again, with the Bitcoin price following suit.

“MVRV Z-Score Has Not Yet Fallen into Negative Zone”

The main risk highlighted by the analyst is that the indicator has not yet reached the negative zone, which has been associated with major cycle lows in Bitcoin in the past.

Wedson stated that based on the available data, he constantly asked himself the same question: If the MVRV Z-Score needs to go down, will the Bitcoin price follow the indicator?

According to the Alphractal founder, considering only on-chain data, there aren’t enough signals to be certain that the current decline is the ultimate bottom for Bitcoin.

Wedson said that for the conditions he is tracking to be met, Bitcoin might need to fall to at least around $53,000 or even lower.

The analyst specifically emphasized that this assessment was not financial advice, stating that it questioned the data directly, not the current bullish narrative in the market.

Wedson, recalling that in 2018 too, the majority of market participants did not expect another sharp decline, said that the critical question was whether the current cycle would conclude similarly to past cycles.

According to the analyst, on-chain indicators at this stage suggest that downside risks have not completely disappeared, rather than definitively indicating that “the bottom has been reached” for Bitcoin.

  • Jackie Glass, ‘Swift Justice’ Host, Dies at 70

Jackie Glass, ‘Swift Justice’ Host, Dies at 70

Judge Jackie Glass, host of the syndicated legal television show Swift Justice, has died. She was 70.

Glass’ daughter Rachel Wolfson announced her death on Facebook. She died Friday in Las Vegas, according to TMZ.

“Rip my rock, I don’t know how I’ll do this life without you, I love you so much mommy Jackie Glass, I’ll see you again someday,” Wolfson wrote, while also sharing a follow-up post with a series of images alongside her mother.

Glass, a previous long-standing Clark County judge, took over hosting Swift Justice in 2011, serving as the successor to Nancy Grace, who first led the show. She went into the series with a prominent presence, having served as the judge who sentenced O.J. Simpson to 33 years in prison for armed-robbery at a Las Vegas hotel in 2008. He was later granted parole in 2017, and died in 2024 at age 76 after a battle with prostate cancer.

She led Swift Justice through its last season in 2012. At the time, when it was announced she was taking the reigns for Grace, executive producer John Terenzio said he was “excited to introduce viewers to another true original Judge Jackie Glass — we are confident our viewers will enthusiastically embrace her.”

Before she was elected to the judgeship in Clark County in 2003, she spent 18 years as a lawyer in private practice, including 12 years at Wolfson & Glass, a firm she founded with her husband Steve Wolfson.

Glass is survived by her husband and two daughters.

  • Olivia Rodrigo’s Inaugural Daisy Chain Fields Will Be a Showing of Unity — Even for Photographers

Olivia Rodrigo’s Inaugural Daisy Chain Fields Will Be a Showing of Unity — Even for Photographers

On the eve of the Olivia Rodrigo‘s Daisy Chain Fields, the superstar singer turned up Friday afternoon in Santa Monica where she revealed that her inaugural female forward music festival would be donating $10 million to a variety of causes.

“Daisy Chain Fields was created to celebrate the power of what can happen when we come together to support one another,” she said while joined by executives from 10 nonprofits to pump the massive showing of support for their women-centric causes.

That support is expected to be spread across all corners at Great Park in Irvine, Calif. on Saturday — both in front of and behind the camera. The Hollywood Reporter hears that Rodrigo was passionate about lifting up as many women as possible throughout the event that it will largely feature female photographers capturing the stage and ancillary activations. (That includes trans, nonbinary or gender nonconforming individuals.) It is also known that while it was a goal of the event, Rodrigo and organizers mounted the entire affair with an inclusionary rather than exclusionary mission, so it’s not a hard-and-fast rule that every photographer be a woman. “Good vibes” were most important.

Still, it would be quite a feat to pull off. Back in 2018, a group of 82 women climbed the steps of the Palais during the Cannes Film Festival to shine a spotlight on the lack of female directors who have had a chance to screen their films at the iconic gathering. At the time, a female photographer pointed out what a powerful moment it was despite the fact that it was captured by hundreds of male photographers, and only a handful of women photographers.

Behind the scenes, photography and videography remains a field largely dominated by men. “It’s ironic women stood in solidarity and had a moment of silence while being shot by 500 male photographers objectifying the hell out of them,” the photographer explained at the time.

That won’t be the case Saturday. Daisy Chain Fields, presented by Rodrigo, will feature performances by the singer alongside Bikini Kill, Chappell Roan, Devon Again, Die Spitz, Doechii, Eli, Garbage, Mitski, Not For Radio, Quiet Light, Rachel Cinouriri, Santigold and The Breeders, with special guests Karen O, Sarah MacLachlan and Stevie Nicks.

They were able to raise $10 million through sponsors and the fact that the artists set to hit the stage are doing so for free. As THR reported today, the money will be dispersed to Baby2Baby, Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Center for Reproductive Rights, FreeFrom, Jhpiego, John Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health, National Domestic Workers Alliance, National Institute for Reproductive Health, National Women’s Law Center and Planned Parenthood.

  • Naomi Osaka Debuts a Luxury Accessories Brand at Uncharted’s Fame to Fortune Summit in the Hamptons

Naomi Osaka Debuts a Luxury Accessories Brand at Uncharted’s Fame to Fortune Summit in the Hamptons

Tennis champion Naomi Osaka has for years made the tennis court a runway, with her Nike outfits often paired with pieces made in collaboration with designers such as Hana Yagi and Robert Wun. Her next staple piece: one she’s designed herself.

Such is the brand of luxury leather goods Osaka unveiled Friday at the Fame to Fortune Summit, a daylong conference organized by the affluent community-building organization Uncharted that aimed to connect celebrities flirting with potential business ideas with investors eager to fund them. Osaka showcased a prototype of one of her handbag creations during a chat alongside her business partner Mike Cherman, the founder of the Los Angeles streetwear line Chinatown Market, in which she called the brand her “biggest dream” outside of tennis.

“Being a really good tennis player has given me a lot of amazing opportunities to invest and also just to surround myself with some really great people and I feel like that’s gotten me to this point where I want to create my own thing,” Osaka told Fortune‘s executive editorial director Diane Brady during the fireside chat, which also served as a pitch to potential investors in the crowd. “It’s something that I want to pour all my energy into because I believe in it too with all my heart.”

Osaka’s conversation, in between her practice rounds at this year’s U.S. Open, was one of the keynote panels during the daylong confab, held at the sprawling Southampton, New York, shoreside estate of Uncharted co-founder Michael Loeb. Variety was one of the conference’s five media partners alongside Yahoo, Fortune, the New York Stock Exchange and Culture.

Over the course of the morning, guests filtered into the estate’s backyard deck, which included several food stations (including a Mexican spread by the Hamptons native Crispy Taco Co.), a coffee station with Kenyan coffee farmer Margaret Nyamumbo’s brand Kahawa, an opportunity to test drive Cadillac’s CELESTIQ sedan and a mixture of cocktails and mocktails for a crowd where an 11 a.m. Friday morning libation is less an end-of-week reward and more an expectation. Attendees mingling around the house’s pool ranged from finance professionals who flocked from across the country to names familiar among media and entertainment circles, including one-time CNN chief Chris Licht chatting in a small gaggle and former child actor Skai Jackson of the Disney Channel’s “Jessie” introducing herself to a new crowd.

Jackson, 24, says that while the summit was the first time she’d attended an event so heavily focused on business, it tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit as she batted around three different venture ideas (all of which she declined to share with Variety).

“I feel like you always have to be really ready to start something up — it’s definitely such a huge commitment,” she says. “You have to be all just in with it and full throttle. So now that I have my baby, my baby is old enough, I feel like, OK, I can finally get back into doing what I want to do.”

It’s a goal Loeb and his Uncharted co-founder Justin Barth hoped the Fame to Fortune Summit would achieve for its attendees, with the two using their opening remarks to implore the hundreds of guests under the setup dining tent to break away from the communities they came with and network with someone new to help capitalize on their celebrity as they think about new businesses.

“I don’t think anybody is going to walk out of here today with a $100 million business or a billion-dollar business, but you’re going to come out with ideas, and also some of the enablers that are going to help you do it,” Loeb said.

Though that’s not to say all went according to plan. The temperamental weather conditions stemming from a looming storm had staff quickly setting up plastic coverings around the tent throughout Osaka’s conversation to protect from the oncoming rain. And, after an amusing crowdwork-focused performance by “foodie magician” Josh Beckerman, the keynote conversation that started the day’s programming was not with scheduled headliner VaynerMedia CEO Gary Vaynerchuk, who dropped out, but instead with Kevin Durant agent and business partner Rich Kleiman, who spoke about navigating the music and sports industries and his time working with artists including Jay-Z, Solange and, of course, Durant.

Kleiman tells Variety that he didn’t really know much about the event when he was approached, but Loeb’s involvement and more time to network among the Hamptons crowd helped spur his participation.

“I’m not trying to come offstage and close a deal,” he says. “It’s fascinating to always meet people and see how what we’re working on connects with people. I think we all live in our bubbles … The more you get out of the world, the more you’re outside around people — that’s the best news of what’s happening. Social media can give you a very skewed indication. Real life, and understanding what people are talking about, what they’re wearing, what they’re interested in — that, to me, is the best case study and research that I can do. So I always look at those opportunities.”

  • Bill Maher Gives Unsavory Dolly Parton Tribute While Criticizing Media Coverage of Her Death

Bill Maher Gives Unsavory Dolly Parton Tribute While Criticizing Media Coverage of Her Death

During the Friday episode of Real Time, Bill Maher addressed Dolly Parton’s death in an unsavory manner.

He began his monologue by discussing current events of the week, specifically the United States’ trade war with Canada. “All this is going on, and all America could really talk about this week was how sad it is we lost Dolly Parton,” Maher said.

“Everybody around the country, even around the world” was honoring the late singer, he said. “London, they’re doing things. The Santa Monica ferris wheel is lit up with hearts. The Empire State Building was put up in pink. The Sphere in Las Vegas added a nipple.”

Parton died Tuesday after a “brief battle with cancer,” a rep announced. Her death has sparked a plethora of tributes as people around the world have continued to honor her legacy. Among those who remembered Parton were Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Sabrina Carpenter, Billy Ray Cyrus and many more.

One tribute, like Maher’s, that drew negative attention was that of Ricky Schroder, who portrayed Parton’s father in two biopic movies based on her childhood. “I didn’t agree with her advocating for Transgender & Covid Vaccine support … but Loved her anyway. Thank you for choosing me Dolly to be your Movie Daddy,” he wrote online.

In a follow-up post after the backlash from his initial comments began, Schroder reportedly posted a clip on his Instagram Stories about the two-time Oscar nominee’s support of the COVID-19 vaccine, writing, “I warned Dolly to not support the Experiment. Wished she listened.”

Fox Sports South Florida co-host Josh Cohen, in response to Schroder’s post, wrote on X, “Congratulations to former child TV actor Ricky Schroder on becoming the first person to disrespect Dolly Parton in her passing. What an absolute douche.”

  • Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Captain India’ Sets September London Shoot (EXCLUSIVE)

Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Captain India’ Sets September London Shoot (EXCLUSIVE)

“Captain India,” starring Kartik Aaryan, commences principal photography in London this September, with the shoot expected to wrap by the end of October.

The film is directed by Shimit Amin, known for “Chak De! India,” a title that has continued to resonate with audiences years after its 2007 release. “Captain India” is produced by T-Series‘ Bhushan Kumar and Baweja Studios, alongside Dopamine Studios, with S.B. Films handling production.

“Captain India” draws on India’s real-life evacuation of citizens from a war-torn country. The screenplay is written by Nash Vazifdar, Sanchit Gupta and Priyadarshee Shrivastava. An ensemble cast is expected to join Aaryan.

Aaryan most recently starred in “Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri” and “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3,” and has “Naagzilla” and other projects currently in the pipeline. Amin, meanwhile, is best known for directing “Chak De! India” and “Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year” (2009), both for Yash Raj Films, and has largely stayed away from feature directing in the years since. He directed an episode of BBC/Netflix’s “A Suitable Boy” (2020).

A film titled “Captain India” was first announced in 2021, with Hansal Mehta attached to direct for RSVP’s Ronnie Screwvala and Baweja Studios’ Harman Baweja, who also wrote that version of the script, and Aaryan set to play a pilot involved in the rescue mission. Principal photography was then expected to begin in early 2022.

The film is set for release on Aug. 13, 2027, timed to India’s Independence Day weekend.

Production on “Captain India” begins Sept. 1.

  • Why Bitcoin Crashed After Warsh’s Jackson Hole Speech – and What Happens Next

Why Bitcoin Crashed After Warsh’s Jackson Hole Speech – and What Happens Next

Bitcoin’s rally from under $65,000 to over $81,000 faced its first major macro setback after Fed Chair Kevin Warsh delivered a hawkish message at Jackson Hole on Friday. The bigger question now is whether potentially higher rates and rising Treasury yields can derail the impressive market recovery.

Although $BTC remained relatively stable during the speech, it dumped by $3,000 in hours after its conclusion, slipping below $77,000 for the first time in almost a week. The sell-off extended to essentially all other financial markets, including stocks, precious metals, and other risk-sensitive assets.

    So, What Really Happened?

Warsh didn’t say directly that the Fed is seriously contemplating hiking the rates, but he didn’t have to. His message was quite clear: inflation remains too high, the US economy is still strong, and the Federal Reserve cannot simply declare victory. Its preferred PCE inflation gauge currently stands at 3.7% YoY, while its six-month annualized rate is even higher at 4.1%. Both remain far above the central bank’s target.

He emphasized that the Fed’s 2% inflation objective is “firm and fixed” and argued that price stability won’t simply restore itself without additional actions from the central bank.

He also dismissed some of the most promising inflation readings this summer, including the June numbers, saying they had not convinced him and his colleagues that the underlying trend had improved significantly. Until the Fed reassures that inflation is moving toward 2% “clearly and at sufficient speed,” policymakers will continue to “have work to do,” he added.

    Rate-Hike Odds Rise, $BTC Drops

Traders had assigned a one-third probability to a rate increase in September before the speech, but these odds jumped toward 60% after its conclusion, according to market pricing cited by Reuters. US Treasury yields climbed again, while the dollar strengthened sharply after its decline last week.

That’s essentially the exact opposite of the macro environment that helped $BTC explode higher 10 days ago. Perhaps that’s why the asset went from a then-peak of over $80,000 to under $77,000 in a few hours, dragging most altcoins with it.

Warsh also pointed to business investments growing at roughly 9% per year, the S&P 500 surging by 20%, while unemployment remained at around 4% and credit conditions were relatively easy. In other words, the economy isn’t currently giving the central bank an obvious reason to tolerate elevated inflation.

In general, higher expected policy rates push Treasury yields upward, which increases the return investors can obtain from the assets that are considered much safer. A more hawkish Fed also tends to support the dollar and tighten broader financial conditions. History shows that such an environment is not ideal for $BTC and more speculative altcoins.

    Treasury and Fed

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s recent bond-market intervention, which contributed to $BTC’s major rally, helped push long-term yields lower, at least in the short term. However, Warsh reminded investors that the Fed’s mandate is quite different.

The Treasury might want to reduce borrowing costs and improve market liquidity, but the country’s central bank still has to deal with inflation running above its target.

This means that markets are still split between two powerful forces: Treasury support for financial conditions and a Fed that may need to keep monetary policy tighter than investors expected.

  • Shailene Woodley Was Crushed When She Found Out Her Scenes in ‘Amazing Spider-Man 2’ Were Cut: The Role of Mary Jane Was ‘My Dream’

Shailene Woodley Was Crushed When She Found Out Her Scenes in ‘Amazing Spider-Man 2’ Were Cut: The Role of Mary Jane Was ‘My Dream’

More than 12 years later, Shailene Woodley has opened up about her disappointment in finding out that her part in “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” opposite Andrew Garfield didn’t make the final cut.

Woodley, in a recent interview as part of the “SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations” series with actors about their craft, revealed that she found out a year after filming for “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” that she would not appear in the movie, which was released in theaters in May 2014.

“That was a fun phone call,” Woodley recalled.

She said that being cast as Mary Jane Watson in the movie by director Marc Webb “was my dream because I really, oh my god, Spider-Man’s my favorite superhero. Mary Jane was my favorite character growing up. So, when I got it, I was like, ‘This is so exciting.’”

Woodley said she filmed “like three scenes together, me and Andrew Garfield. And then like a year later, they were like, ‘So, you’re not in the movie anymore.’ And I was like, ‘What? What do you mean?’ And they were like, ‘We’ve introduced a lot of new characters in this last one, and we’re going to wait for… whatever happens between [Emma Stone’s character, Gwen Stacy, who is Peter Parker’s girlfriend in the film] and Andrew.” (Spoiler: Gwen Stacy dies in “The Amazing Spider-Man 2.”)

Woodley said she was also told, “’Let’s wait for [Gwen Stacy] to die and then we’ll introduce Mary Jane.’ Which made sense. But then they didn’t make that film.”

Apparently, the filmmakers decided to axe Mary Jane from the movie because they thought it was confusing to have the character as another love interest to Peter Parker. “Well, that’s what I was told, you know,” Woodley said. “But again, who knows what the truth is. I could have been terrible and they’re like, ‘We can’t do this.’”

In 2014, at the New York premiere of “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” (which featured a Mary Jane-themed cocktail), producer Matt Tolmach told Variety this about the deletion of Woodley’s scenes: “We bit off more story than we could tell. We had a 148-page script. We were in the middle of that, and we realized this story [with Mary Jane] is not going to be in this movie.”

In Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man movie trilogy, the role of Mary Jane was played by Kirsten Dunst opposite Tobey Maguire.

In Woodley’s nearly 90-minute “SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations” interview, she also spoke about her performances in “Divergent,” “Dumb Money,” “The Descendants,” “The Fault in Our Stars,” HBO’s “Big Little Lies” and Season 2 of Hulu’s “Paradise.”

  • New York Warns of Fake Crypto and AI as Scam Losses Hit $8 Billion

New York Warns of Fake Crypto and AI as Scam Losses Hit $8 Billion

    Investment Scam Losses Rise 38%

Investment scams became the costliest fraud category tracked by the Federal Trade Commission in 2025, according to New York officials. The state’s Division of Consumer Protection issued an AI investment scam warning on Aug. 26 after 144,041 consumers reported losing more than $8 billion, a 38% increase from 2024. The median reported loss reached $10,560.

The schemes can begin through social media, dating apps, text messages, emails, online advertisements, or apparently friendly conversations. The FTC’s own April consumer alert put the same 2025 total at more than $7.9 billion, with a median individual loss above $10,000. That agency listed cryptocurrency alongside stocks and forex among the investments scammers pitch through fake coaching offers.

Secretary of State Walter T. Mosley cautioned:

“New Yorkers need to be vigilant against scammers, who may be able to create increasingly sophisticated and realistic messaging using AI technology or other means to steal your hard-earned money. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.”

Reported investment scam losses exceeded $8 billion in 2025, up 38% from 2024, while the median reported loss reached $10,560. Chart generated by Bitcoin.com News using New York Department of State figures citing Federal Trade Commission data.

AI Deepfakes Promote Fake Crypto Investments

Artificial intelligence allows fraudsters to clone voices, fabricate videos, impersonate financial figures, and produce polished social media advertisements. An April warning from New York Attorney General Letitia James described schemes involving deepfake celebrity endorsements, fraudulent cryptocurrencies, pump-and-dump operations, and fake trading platforms promoted across Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp.

Victims may encounter professional-looking applications that display fabricated balances, returns, and trading activity. Some operators permit small initial withdrawals to establish credibility before pressing targets to deposit larger amounts. Similar tactics have appeared internationally, with Australian regulators recently dismantling 3,106 fraudulent cryptocurrency investment platforms during the 2026 financial year as AI-generated endorsements became increasingly difficult to distinguish from authentic promotions.

Fake Platforms Build Trust Before Demanding Fees

A separate Australian case showed how organized groups build an entire fake internet around a crypto investment that does not exist. Investigators detailed counterfeit trading platforms, fabricated news articles, and chatbots posing as support staff, deployed before a woman lost nearly $74,690. Operators may then ask for additional fees before releasing funds, which New York’s alert tells consumers never to pay.

New York officials advised consumers to confirm the identity of any promoter, verify the company and investment, and establish where their money will go before transferring funds. Common crypto scam warning signs include guaranteed high returns, unsolicited investment offers, high-pressure sales tactics, and projects lacking clear documentation. Anyone who suspects fraud should stop sending money immediately and report it to the FTC, the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center, the SEC, or the New York Attorney General.
