The NFL football season is in full swing. But do you know how you’ll be catching your favorite team’s games this year? You may already be accustomed to changing channels frequently, since the NFL eagerly slices up its schedule across multiple networks. With the popularity of streaming video services, there’s room for more companies to get in on the gridiron competition. But that can make watching your favorite games difficult…and expensive.

For the regular season, the NFL gives exclusive rights to NBC, ESPN, and Amazon Prime Video to broadcast its Sunday, Monday, and Thursday Night Football lineups. Then, there’s a large collection of local and national games on CBS and Fox, plus a few international matchups on the NFL Network. It may not be possible to watch every single NFL game in the season, but you can come close with the right sports streaming services.

Here’s where to stream every NFL game this season. I’ll even show you how you can tune into some games for free.

The NFL season consists of hundreds of games over the course of 18 weeks from September through January. If you want a full breakdown of the weekly or team schedules, you can find those at NFL.com. Where to Stream Prime Time NFL Games

This year’s Prime Time game schedule is split up between NBC, ESPN, and Amazon Prime Video. You’ll need a live TV streaming service to watch a large bulk of this year’s prime time games each week. These video streaming services can get pricey, with subscriptions approaching $100 per month. However, there are some cheaper plans available.

How to Watch Sunday Night Football

You can catch Sunday Night Football games live on NBC or its streaming app, Peacock Premium. You can also tune in via a live sports-streaming service like DirecTV, Fubo, Hulu, or YouTube TV.

How to Watch Monday Night Football

You can watch Monday Night Football games live on ESPN (select games), ESPN+ (select games), or ESPN Unlimited (all games). If you have a live streaming service with ESPN, such as DirecTV, Fubo, Hulu, or YouTube TV, you’ll be able to tune into most games. Select games may air on ABC instead of ESPN.

How to Watch Thursday Night Football

You can tune in to Thursday Night Football games live on Amazon Prime Video.

How to Watch Every 2026 NFL Game This Season

In addition to the Prime Time schedule, many games will air on national networks like CBS and Fox, and some will even broadcast on the NFL Network, Paramount+, and occasionally Netflix. Here’s a full list of how you can tune into your favorite NFL games this season:

  • Amazon Prime Video: If you’re an Amazon Prime member, you already have access to the Thursday Night Football broadcasts. Prime costs $14.99 per month or $139 annually. For an extra $4.99 per month, the Ultra plan gives you 4K streaming.

  • DAZN NFL Game Pass (International only): Get every NFL game, NFL Network, and RedZone when you’re outside the United States for $17.99 per week or $179.99 for the full season.

  • DirecTV: The $89.99 Entertainment package gives you access to ABC, CBS, ESPN, Fox, and NBC. Unfortunately, you’ll need the $94.99 per month Choice plan to also get the games on NFL Network.

  • ESPN Unlimited: Stream live sports and archived ESPN shows starting at $29.99 per month.

  • Fox One: Fox’s own streaming app, Fox One, allows you to watch every game broadcast on its network for $20 per month. For $50 per month, you can bundle it with ESPN.

  • Fubo: Fubo carries ABC, CBS, ESPN, Fox, NBC, and NFL Network via the Sports plan for $55.99 per month. There is also a quarterly priced option.

  • Hulu + Live TV: The ad-supported, $89.99-per-month live TV package lets you stream ABC, CBS, ESPN, Fox, NBC, and NFL Network.

  • Netflix: If you have a Netflix account, you’ll get access to a few games, including two on Christmas Day. A subscription costs as low as $8.99 per month for the ad-supported tier.

  • NFL+: By signing up for NFL+, you’re able to stream games on mobile during the regular season and playoffs for $6.99 per month or $39.99 per year. If you want NFL RedZone, you’ll need NFL+ Premium for $14.99 or $79.99 per year. It can also be bundled with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN.

  • Paramount+: Games that air on CBS can also be watched on Paramount+ for as low as $8.99 per month.

  • Peacock: For $10.99 per month, Peacock Premium will grant you access to all games broadcast on NBC and the streaming app.

  • Sling: Sling’s Essentials & Select bundle gets you ESPN and NFL Network for $34.99 per month. The Sports Extra add-on gets you NFL RedZone for an additional $15 per month. Alternatively, you can purchase Day Passes for Sling Orange, which includes ESPN.

  • YouTube TV: The streamer’s Sports Plan includes ABC, CBS, ESPN, Fox, NBC, and NFL Network for $64.99 per month. A $ 20-per-month Sunday Ticket plan is also available as an add-on or a standalone purchase for out-of-market games.

Finding streaming-exclusive NFL games isn’t too complicated if you sign up for the service that offers the most coverage for the games you want to see, for the least amount of money. Live TV streamers like DirecTV, Fubo, Hulu, and YouTube TV seem to be the way to go, given the sheer number of networks included. Among those options, Fubo seems to make the most sense because it includes every major network, as well as NFL Network, for just $56 per month. Unfortunately, that still won’t get you everything. Thursday Night Football is broadcast exclusively on Prime Video, and a number of games are also on Netflix.

If you already pay for a streaming subscription, upgrading to that service’s TV option might be your cheapest move. And if you have no qualms about watching from a mobile device, NFL+ lets you watch everything you want from a smaller screen for just $7 a month.

If you do feel the need to watch the game on the biggest TV possible, there’s still time to get a big-screen television for watching the big plays. Pro tip: turn on your TV’s motion-smoothing option for the best picture while watching sports. Just remember to turn it off before watching other TV shows and movies to avoid the awful “soap opera” effect.

Can You Watch NFL Games for Free?

If you don’t have a streaming subscription, you may be able to catch some of the action without spending a dime by signing up for a free video streaming trial. The top streaming services with free trials that will air the NFL games this season include:

While platforms like Peacock and Paramount+ no longer offer free trials, there is a workaround. You can sign up for Peacock and Paramount+ through Amazon Prime to receive a 7-day trial. Additionally, Walmart+ allows you to pay $1 for a 30-day trial, and you can choose one of these services as part of the subscription package. It’s not free, but it’s certainly better than paying full price! If you’re looking for something completely free, Amazon will also stream its games on Twitch for free via the app or web.

Can You Watch NFL Games With a VPN?

A VPN lets you virtually travel the world by spoofing your geographic location. So, if your team’s games are blacked out, or you’re trying to watch American football from outside the US, a VPN is theoretically your best bet. You may be able to pay for DAZN’s NFL Game Pass and use a VPN to change your location to outside the United States. Australian network 7Plus shows Thursday and Sunday games for free. And Channel 5 in the UK shows Sunday games. TVNZ in New Zealand also offers select games throughout the season.
