The Clippers continue recasting their team toward youth and development, a project that began with the trade deadline swap of 36-year-old James Harden for 26-year-old Darius Garland.

Multiple reports indicate that LA has come to terms with guard Kobe Sanders on a four-year, $11.2 million contract, just a year after Sanders was selected No. 50 overall (and traded to the Clippers) during the 2025 NBA Draft.

The 6-foot-8 Sanders averaged 19.4 minutes across 68 games, including 16 starts, posting 7.3 ppg on 46.6% shooting (40.8% from range on 2.9 attempts per).
