Apple wrapped up a trio of big fall reveals at its “Pro and Tell” event in Los Angeles on Wednesday, including the launch of its first-ever touch-screen MacBook.
Things kicked off on Monday with an iPad mini refresh, followed by the M6 iMac and MacBook Pro on Tuesday. Everything’s available for preorder now, ahead of a Nov. 6 launch, but they won’t be cheap. The base-model touch-screen MacBook Pro starts at $2,899 and goes up from there. If you and your wallet are ready to upgrade, however, read on for all the details from this week’s Apple event in our live blog below.
Apple’s 14-inch Touchscreen MacBook Pro PROLED XDR Starts at $2899
The 2026 iMac update is purely an internal-components upgrade, so here’s what you need to know about its guts if you’re considering Apple’s latest all-in-one.

No, he isn’t, and no, Apple is not about to announce a Batmobile (they’re done with cars, remember?). But the company did already announce several new Macs, and we’re expecting a big reveal during the live event today, including perhaps a touch-screen laptop that might be worthy of Bruce Wayne.
