SALT LAKE CITY – A multitude of double-digit scoring performances headlined by Olivier-Maxence Prosper’s 17-point tally and rookie third overall pick Cameron Boozer’s 15-point effort led the Memphis Grizzlies to a lopsided 111-74 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder in a 2026 Salt Lake Summer League battle at Jon M. Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City on Saturday afternoon.
The tone for the convincing victory was set early, as Memphis compiled 33 points apiece in the first two quarters on its way to a 66-44 halftime advantage. The Grizzlies would boast a lead as big as 41 points at one juncture, and their extremely well-rounded scoring contributions helped dull the impact of 19 turnovers. Memphis’ second unit got involved plenty as well, outscoring the Thunder’s bench by a 42-28 margin.
Prosper complemented his aforementioned team-high scoring total with five rebounds and three assists, along with a game-high +38 +/-. Boozer also supplied four boards and four assists. Taylor Hendricks matched Boozer’s 15 points and added four boards, three assists and one steal. Jahmai Mashack, a 2025 second-round pick who only saw 31 games of NBA action as a rookie, furnished a well-rounded line of 12 points, four assists, two rebounds, two blocks and one steal. Cedric Coward, Javon Small and Carson Cooper produced 11 points apiece, and Coward also pulled down a team-high eight rebounds.
Brooks Barnhizer and Payton Sandfort co-led the Thunder with matching 13-point efforts, and Barnhizer also recorded six rebounds. Rookie first-round picks Aday Mara and Bennett Stirtz followed with 10-point, four-assist, three-rebound contributions, along with two blocks and three steals, respectively.
Next up, the Grizzlies face the Utah Jazz and the Thunder take on the Atlanta Hawks on Monday night.
