The tumbling prices actually took about $52 million away from that total. New money made up for it though as there were $209 million in net inflows. For every dollar lost to price, there were four dollars coming in. This pattern held across the board.

Out of the top 25 xStocks, the prices of 19 fell. 18 of those still got in more money than they lost. Gold ETF GLDx was the only one where money was lost to the doors.

For example, SOXLx, a 3x leveraged chip ETF, lost 40% in price. Its net inflows were nearly 135%!

xStocks crossed $1B market cap

xStocks on the whole seems to having a nice time.

Its tokenized stocks are now worth $1 billion on-chain, as per Token Terminal. A year ago, that number was about a ninth of the size! This works out to a growth of 802.5%.

How so? Strategy.

SRTCx, the preferred stock, was the largest token at $144.7 million at press time. Hot on its heels was MSTRx, at $124.4 million. Put them together, and Strategy alone seemed to account for $269.1 million.

It’s not like these tokens are just being held either. In fact, across all issuers, more than $300 million in tokenized stocks have been moved into DeFi. That’s up about 2,451% over the year.

At the time of writing, xStocks had the biggest share at $118.3 million, and Robinhood was next with $70.8 million. Binance’s bStocks at $38.4 million followed up.

AMBCrypto previously reported that the U.S SEC had named tokenization as one of its examination priorities for the fiscal year of 2027. Doesn’t mean new rules or a ban, but firms offering these products can expect closer checks.

Final Summary

  • xStocks’ on-chain AUM went up 19.1% in a month!
  • Tokenized stocks issued by xStocks are also worth $1 billion now.
